proposal motivates for a grant of R62 500 towards a research package entailing
bringing SADC internet experts together with regional researchers, educators
and trainers, to share experience and insight, and to develop three research
outputs for dissemination: a series of reports, a booklet (online and in print),
and a CD Rom.
